As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient process designs. Your expertise in data analysis and process mapping will be crucial in measuring performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement comprehensive process improvement strategies using BPM (Business Process Management) methodologies.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize workflows for stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analyses to compare current state operations with desired future state objectives.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the success of implemented process changes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate staff on new processes and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business process analysis or operations management.
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN software.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Proven track record of managing projects from conception to execution within a corporate environment.
