Tanggung Jawab
- Lead C/C++ software development life cycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment.
- Architect and design high-performance, scalable systems with a focus on optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting regular code reviews and technical workshops.
- Collaborate closely with Japanese stakeholders to understand technical requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve existing system performance.
- Enforce best coding practices, design patterns, and software engineering standards across the team.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture discussions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in C++ or C development.
- Proven track record as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese corporate environment is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in modern C++ standards (C++11, C++14, C++17, or C++20).
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
