- Accurately apply incoming payments to advertiser and brand partner accounts within SLA timeframe
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger with payment records and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve payment variances through systematic research and communication
- Maintain detailed documentation of cash application activities for audit purposes
- Collaborate with sales and billing teams to resolve payment-related inquiries
- Generate monthly reports on cash application metrics and aging accounts
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance payment processing efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience with multi-currency payment processing
- Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation methodologies
