- Develop and implement category strategies for skincare products aligned with Guardian's business objectives
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage category budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, secure favorable terms, and ensure product availability
- Lead and mentor a team of category executives, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular category performance reports
- Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to execute category initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, retail, or FMCG with skincare focus
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in category management tools and retail analytics software
