Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and major overhauls on various types of commercial and industrial chillers (e.g., centrifugal, screw, scroll).
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and implement effective, long-lasting repair solutions.
- Conduct performance tests and analyze system data to ensure optimal energy efficiency and operational reliability.
- Lead and mentor junior service technicians, providing guidance on technical best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation for all site visits.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues, recommended services, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards during all field operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Chiller Service Technician or in a similar senior HVAC maintenance role.
- Strong technical knowledge of major chiller manufacturers (e.g., York, Carrier, Trane, Daikin) and their specific control systems.
- Relevant technical diploma, vocational certification, or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or HVAC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta Raya area and respond to emergency service calls when required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to service delivery.
- Valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) and comfortable working at heights or in restricted spaces.
