Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end processing of third-party bodily injury claims for motor insurance products
- Conduct thorough investigations, assess liability, and determine appropriate compensation settlements
- Collaborate with legal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex claims disputes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal claims management protocols
- Analyze claim trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all claim activities
- Provide expert guidance to junior claims analysts and support teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Law, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management, preferably in bodily injury specialization
- Deep understanding of insurance regulations and claims settlement procedures
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., CIP, ACII) preferred
- Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
