Private Advertiser is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clerk of Works to oversee complex construction projects in Alor Gajah, Melaka. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily construction progress and ensure strict adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality and compliance with Malaysian building regulations.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including shop drawings, material samples, and method statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, daily logs, and progress reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with site safety regulations and health and safety protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve on-site technical issues.
- Manage the issuance and approval of certificates, variations, and site instructions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience working as a Clerk of Works or Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) and relevant construction standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports.
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various construction sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
