  • Deliver personalized luxury client experiences through product knowledge and styling expertise
  • Drive sales achievement by building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities

  • Handle client transactions, returns, and special order processing with precision

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client retention
  • Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics and brand positioning
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural fluency
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring retail staff
  • Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency preferred
