Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor the entire accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and conduct periodic credit reviews to minimize risk exposure.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve overdue accounts through effective communication and persuasion.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly collection reports and aging analysis to management.
- Liaise with sales and customer service teams to address billing discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Implement and optimize internal collection processes to enhance efficiency and cash flow visibility.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting collections and credit management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Certification in Credit Management (e.g., ICM) is a plus.
