You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust collection strategies that minimize bad debt and improve the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable, identifying overdue payments and initiating timely recovery strategies.
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and risk profiles to optimize credit limits and terms.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operational teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
- Prepare detailed collection reports and cash flow forecasts to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and implement effective collection policies and procedures to minimize bad debt exposure.
- Engage with clients via phone and email to negotiate payment plans while preserving relationships.
- Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry in ERP systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in credit control or collections within a multinational corporation.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups) for complex data analysis.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
