Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end collections process for a designated portfolio, ensuring timely payments and adherence to credit terms.
- Monitor and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate proactive recovery strategies.
- Lead reconciliations of complex accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with project management teams.
- Review credit applications and assess the financial risk of new and existing clients.
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts related to accounts receivable and cash flow performance.
- Drive improvements in collection workflows, including automating manual processes to increase efficiency.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice inquiries and payment status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Credit and Collections or Accounts Receivable within a multinational organization.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in the media, advertising, or tech industry is considered a significant plus.
