Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and infrastructure projects using industry-standard methodologies
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to quantify material and labor requirements
- Conduct market research on construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
- Develop comprehensive bid proposals with risk assessment and contingency planning
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project timelines and scope
- Review and validate vendor quotes for cost-effectiveness and compliance
- Maintain historical cost databases for continuous improvement of estimation accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in construction estimation with exposure to Indonesian market standards
- Proficiency in estimation software (CostX, WinEst, or similar) and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical documents
- Knowledge of local construction materials, labor costs, and regulatory requirements in North Sumatra
- Certification in cost estimation (e.g., AACE or similar) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and presentation
