Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage client engagements related to accounting, financial reporting, and tax advisory services.
- Provide expert guidance on Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) implementation and compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive tax planning, compliance reviews, and advisory services in accordance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review complex financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for additional service offerings.
- Mentor and supervise junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality work delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in accounting standards, tax legislation, and industry best practices.
- Assist in business development activities, including preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax consulting, preferably within a public accounting firm.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Professional certification such as Brevet A & B (essential), Brevet C, CPA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and various tax reports (e.g., PPh, PPN).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
