Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Assessment Center projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Design, develop, and facilitate psychometric-based assessments and behavioral simulations for executive and management-level candidates.
- Deliver comprehensive, data-backed talent reports and provide insightful feedback to both clients and candidates.
- Manage key client relationships, providing expert consultative advice on talent acquisition and development strategies.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to integrate innovative assessment methodologies into existing service offerings.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality control and operational excellence in all assessment activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and oversee the project team's performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in talent assessment, organizational development, or executive search.
- Deep understanding of psychometric tools, assessment center methodology, and behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Proven track record of managing complex client-facing projects in a professional services or consultancy setting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex assessment data into clear, strategic business insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professional integrity.
