DayaLima Recruitment is seeking a high-performing Senior Consultant to lead our Assessment Center practice. In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying and developing top-tier leadership talent, working closely with enterprise clients to design and execute robust assessment frameworks that drive organizational success.

As a Senior Consultant, you will not only manage complex project lifecycles but also act as a strategic advisor to our clients. You will translate business challenges into actionable talent insights, helping organizations make data-driven decisions regarding recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end Assessment Center projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate psychometric-based assessments and behavioral simulations for executive and management-level candidates.
  • Deliver comprehensive, data-backed talent reports and provide insightful feedback to both clients and candidates.
  • Manage key client relationships, providing expert consultative advice on talent acquisition and development strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to integrate innovative assessment methodologies into existing service offerings.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality control and operational excellence in all assessment activities.
  • Mentor junior consultants and oversee the project team's performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in talent assessment, organizational development, or executive search.
  • Deep understanding of psychometric tools, assessment center methodology, and behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client-facing projects in a professional services or consultancy setting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex assessment data into clear, strategic business insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professional integrity.
