Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants to meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Manage end-to-end (360) recruitment processes, from client acquisition and business development to candidate screening and placement.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber passive and active candidates.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members to drive excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage in the Kuala Lumpur market.
  • Collaborate with the management team to define team goals, hiring plans, and operational workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in agency recruitment, with proven success in a 360-degree role.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or team-lead capacity is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of business development and hitting revenue-based sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysian recruitment landscape and talent market.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and high emotional intelligence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
