Tuas Power Generation Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Contract Administration Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of contract administration for our Retail Business division. You will ensure that all contract documentation and operational processes are strictly aligned with our strategic operational plan and corporate business policies. As the Senior Contract Administration Officer, you will act as the primary point of contact for contract management, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all vendor and retail agreements. Your expertise will help mitigate risks and streamline administrative workflows, supporting our business growth in the competitive retail sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire contract administration lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, executing, and renewing contracts for retail business operations and vendor partnerships.
- Ensure all contract documentation accurately reflects agreed terms and conditions while strictly adhering to Tuas Power's business policies and operational plans.
- Maintain a centralized, up-to-date contract register, ensuring all statutory compliance requirements and renewal dates are tracked proactively.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments on existing contracts to identify potential operational or legal gaps.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, and retail management, to resolve contract-related queries and facilitate smooth business processes.
- Assist in the development and standardization of contract templates and administrative procedures to improve efficiency across the Retail Business unit.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on contract status, milestones, and financial implications to support executive decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Professional qualification in Contract Management (e.g., CCMC) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, procurement, or retail operations management.
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts and ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Contract Management software systems.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex legal and commercial terms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
