CPI Land is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Senior Contract Executive. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be instrumental in managing our contract lifecycle, ensuring strict cost control, and overseeing project execution and tendering processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to drive efficiency and compliance within a dynamic organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to renewal and close-out. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that our business interests are protected. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors and clients.
- Manage the tendering process, from preparing Request for Proposals (RFP) to evaluating bids and awarding contracts.
- Monitor project execution to ensure strict compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Conduct regular cost-benefit analyses to optimize project budgets and identify potential savings.
- Resolve contract disputes and manage vendor performance to maintain positive business relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and filing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract requirements align with project goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of tendering procedures and relevant contract laws.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
