We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior/Contract Executive to join our team at Seatrium in Admiralty, North Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor claims and costs, ensuring financial accuracy, and mitigating risks across our diverse projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and legal departments, to drive successful project outcomes. Your primary focus will be on the end-to-end management of subcontractor claims, from initial submission and documentation to final settlement. You will analyze cost data, prepare detailed reports, and support negotiation strategies to resolve disputes efficiently. This position requires a strong communicator who can maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors while strictly adhering to contractual obligations and company policies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of subcontractor claims, ensuring all submissions are processed accurately and on time.
- Analyze cost variations and prepare comprehensive reports to support negotiation strategies with subcontractors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess the validity and impact of claims on project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure all contractual documentation and correspondence adhere to Seatrium’s policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns and prevent future disputes.
- Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution between the project team and external subcontractors.
- Maintain up-to-date claim registers and tracking systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, claims administration, or cost control within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, including FIDIC and relevant local Singaporean regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction-specific management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
