The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee contractual operations within our dynamic construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of contract management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a solid academic background, ideally holding a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction sector, you will drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contract management, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Ensure strict compliance with construction laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Manage high-level relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress against contract terms and identify potential risks or delays early.
- Resolve contractual disputes and claims professionally to minimize financial impact.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and quantity surveyors to align contract deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in contract management within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms.
- Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in document review.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
