Tanggung Jawab
- Translate and adapt company financial statements to align with the specific definitions and terminologies used by US and Canadian government survey questionnaires.
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with international reporting standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data inputs for regulatory submissions.
- Identify discrepancies in data and implement corrective actions to maintain high data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of financial translation processes and reporting methodologies.
- Monitor changes in government reporting requirements and update internal procedures accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and regulatory trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Analysis, or a similar role within a multinational corporation.
- Strong knowledge of US and Canadian accounting standards and government reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel (advanced functions), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
- Certification as a CPA, CMA, or CFA is a strong advantage.
