Tanggung Jawab
- Lead SOX compliance testing and documentation across global business units
- Oversee design and implementation of internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure adherence to SOX requirements
- Prepare and present control effectiveness reports to senior leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of control specialists
- Conduct risk assessments and control gap analyses
- Collaborate with internal/external auditors during SOX audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in SOX compliance or internal controls
- Strong knowledge of COSO framework and SOX regulations
- Experience managing teams and leading compliance projects
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in matrixed organizational structures
