Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Lead external audit preparation and coordinate with auditors
- Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations
- Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license with 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and Philippine tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal audits
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
