PT Dinito Jaya Sakti is looking for a dedicated and analytical Senior Cost Accounting Staff to join our finance department in Jakarta Barat. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial accuracy of our production processes and inventory management. We are seeking a professional who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights to support our operational efficiency and profitability.
Your day-to-day activities will involve a comprehensive review of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and HPP (Harga Pokok Penjualan). You will lead product costing simulations, analyze budget variances to identify cost-saving opportunities, and oversee the strict control of inventory and Bill of Materials (BOM). By rigorously applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and preparing detailed margin reports, you will provide the leadership team with the financial clarity needed to drive strategic decisions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and analyze COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and HPP (Harga Pokok Penjualan) with high accuracy.
- Conduct product costing simulations to assist in pricing strategies and production planning.
- Perform detailed budget variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including the maintenance and verification of BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory accounting principles.
- Prepare and present margin reports to management for performance review.
- Collaborate with the procurement and production teams to optimize cost structures and inventory turnover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in variance analysis and costing.
- Experience with inventory control, BOM management, and FIFO implementation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
