Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Perform in-depth cost analysis, variance reporting, and margin analysis to support operational decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate production costs, inventory valuations, and overhead allocations to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards for senior management with actionable insights.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the manufacturing and operational cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure financial targets are met and internal controls are maintained.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling to evaluate business performance and project feasibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
