Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all cost management aspects of large-scale advanced manufacturing projects.
- Develop and implement robust cost control, reporting, and forecasting frameworks.
- Manage complex procurement processes, including tender documentation, evaluation, and contract administration.
- Provide expert commercial advice to internal stakeholders and high-profile clients to optimize capital expenditure.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor junior cost consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Ensure project compliance with international standards, quality requirements, and budgetary targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in cost management, specifically within industrial or advanced manufacturing sectors.
- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in cost management software and advanced project delivery methodologies.
- Expertise in contract management (e.g., FIDIC, NEC) and supply chain optimization.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
