In this pivotal role, you will provide expert commercial and cost management advice on some of the most complex Data Centre projects in the region.
As a specialist in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works, you will be instrumental in managing multi-disciplinary packages, including MEP and specialized data centre systems. You will lead cost planning, procurement, and contract administration processes, ensuring our clients receive industry-leading value and technical excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the commercial management of complex data centre construction projects, focusing on CSA, MEP, and specialist infrastructure packages.
- Provide comprehensive cost planning, estimation, and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage procurement processes, including tender document preparation, evaluation, and contractor selection.
- Deliver expert commercial advice and risk management strategies to clients to ensure project viability.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify progress claims, and ensure adherence to commercial requirements.
- Lead post-contract administration, including variation management, claim assessment, and final account settlement.
- Mentor junior staff and represent Turner & Townsend in project stakeholder meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field; professional accreditation (RICS, BQSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in cost management, preferably within the Data Centre or high-tech industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and MEP package costs.
- Strong proficiency in contract administration (FIDIC, JCT, or similar standard forms).
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior-level clients.
- Proven ability to lead high-performance project teams in a fast-paced environment.
