Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert legal counsel on a wide array of corporate and commercial matters to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including service contracts, vendor partnerships, and supply chain arrangements.
- Oversee corporate governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end dispute resolution processes, representing the company’s interests in litigation or arbitration as necessary.
- Advise leadership on regulatory compliance, risk management, and the mitigation of legal exposure across all business units.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and government agencies to address complex regulatory inquiries or filings.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies to foster a culture of compliance and ethical business practices.
Kualifikasi
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from an accredited Philippine law school.
- Active member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in good standing.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a large firm or as in-house counsel.
- Proven expertise in commercial contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong background in managing litigation and dispute resolution strategies.
- Ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable strategic business advice for stakeholders.
