Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales targets through proactive customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of beauty and health products.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Maintain and organize product displays according to company visual merchandising guidelines to maximize appeal.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions efficiently, and manage cash registers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure the store adheres to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty, health, or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certificates in retail or beauty are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when handling stock.
