Tanggung Jawab
- Provide superior customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their inquiries promptly.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about merchandise, including ingredients and promotions.
- Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain high visual standards by ensuring shelves are stocked, clean, and organized according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Malaysian Certificate qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of POS systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
