- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and purchase assistance
- Manage point-of-sale operations including cash handling and payment processing
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professional problem-solving skills
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with company policies
- Train and mentor junior staff on customer service protocols
- Execute promotional campaigns and upselling strategies to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with 2+ years retail experience
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic inventory software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Customer-focused mindset with conflict resolution abilities
- Basic mathematical skills for transaction processing
