In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring our store operations run smoothly.
As a Senior Customer Assistant, you will do more than just manage transactions; you will become a trusted advisor to our shoppers, helping them discover products that suit their needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product advice and recommendations to customers across skincare, cosmetics, and healthcare aisles.
- Ensure high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising according to Watsons' guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and monitoring product expiry dates.
- Support store management in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service standards across the team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (additional dialects are an advantage).
- Energetic, positive attitude, and a strong desire to provide world-class customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- Willingness to learn about new health and beauty trends.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
