Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional and personalized product recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Act as a mentor to junior staff members, ensuring team productivity and high service standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely restocking.
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a welcoming environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a lead or senior customer-facing role within the retail or beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per the retail schedule.
- Knowledge of Watsons product ranges or a strong interest in health and beauty.
