- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and inquiries resolution
- Execute efficient sales transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Merchandise and maintain visual presentation standards across all store zones
- Process inventory operations including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promotional objectives
- Adhere to company policies on safety, hygiene, and loss prevention
- Train junior staff on customer service protocols and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic mathematical proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic retail software
- Physical stamina required for extended standing and stock movement
