Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing professional product recommendations and expert beauty and health advice.
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and floor maintenance.
- Lead and mentor junior staff members to ensure high standards of performance and customer engagement.
- Execute promotional activities, store campaigns, and seasonal displays to drive sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries or feedback with professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock counts to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that aligns with Watsons' global brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail management certification is an added advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the health and beauty, pharmacy, or FMCG sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
