In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer who walks through our doors receives expert advice and a seamless shopping experience. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, leads by example, and is committed to driving store success through operational excellence and stellar service.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing professional product recommendations and expert beauty and health advice.
  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and floor maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members to ensure high standards of performance and customer engagement.
  • Execute promotional activities, store campaigns, and seasonal displays to drive sales targets.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries or feedback with professionalism.
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock counts to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that aligns with Watsons' global brand standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail management certification is an added advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the health and beauty, pharmacy, or FMCG sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong leadership potential with the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
