Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by actively engaging with shoppers and offering expert product advice.
- Assist in the efficient management of daily store operations, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in regular stock takes to maintain accurate records.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system while managing cash floats.
- Support store management in achieving monthly sales KPIs and promoting ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (additional languages are a plus).
- A positive, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Passion for health, wellness, and personal care products.
- Basic proficiency in computer literacy and point-of-sale systems.
