Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product recommendations and personalized beauty/health advice to customers.
- Oversee daily store operations, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and shelf maintenance.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily sales reporting and team coordination.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that meets company visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely stock arrivals.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members to maintain high service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in health, beauty, or pharmacy environments.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy store environment.
- Passion for personal care, skincare, and health products.
- Basic computer literacy for POS and inventory systems.
