- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Manage POS transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Train and mentor junior staff on customer service best practices
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Monitor store presentation and merchandising standards
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling and promotional activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Problem-solving skills with customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous team leadership experience preferred
