Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations, inquiries resolution, and personalized assistance
- Support store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Train and mentor junior staff on customer service standards, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining positive relationships
- Execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies to meet store targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and hygiene standards
- Assist in daily store opening/closing procedures and cash handling operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with 2+ years in retail/customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Product knowledge in health, beauty, or FMCG categories preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution abilities
