Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations, inquiries resolution, and personalized assistance
  • Support store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Train and mentor junior staff on customer service standards, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining positive relationships
  • Execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies to meet store targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and hygiene standards
  • Assist in daily store opening/closing procedures and cash handling operations

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with 2+ years in retail/customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
  • Product knowledge in health, beauty, or FMCG categories preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
