Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Assist in training and supervising junior staff members to ensure team performance.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in the beauty or FMCG sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for customer service.
