- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and issue resolution
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage stock inventory and maintain visually appealing product displays
- Train and support junior staff on store procedures and product knowledge
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Monitor store security and report operational concerns promptly
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail experience with customer service focus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Willingness to learn product knowledge continuously
