Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Support the store management team in daily operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Assist in training and mentoring new customer assistants to maintain high service standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions efficiently and professionally
- Monitor store appearance and cleanliness, ensuring it meets Watsons' brand standards
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention measures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of retail experience
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of health, beauty, or wellness products is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
