As a Senior Customer Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a world-class shopping experience for our customers. You won't just be selling products; you will be acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers find the right solutions for their wellness and personal care needs. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, including shelf replenishment and promotional display setups.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently using the store management system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager for timely restocking.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive store performance.
  • Ensure the outlet remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure consistent service delivery across the store.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in pharmacy or beauty sectors.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and local dialects.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer care.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
  • Proficient in basic computer usage and handling cash registers.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-energy team.
