As a Senior Customer Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a world-class shopping experience for our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, including shelf replenishment and promotional display setups.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently using the store management system.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager for timely restocking.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive store performance.
- Ensure the outlet remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure consistent service delivery across the store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in pharmacy or beauty sectors.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and local dialects.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer care.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Proficient in basic computer usage and handling cash registers.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-energy team.
