Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs assessment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge and service excellence
- Implement promotional campaigns and achieve sales targets through upselling techniques
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company operational policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification with 1-2 years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual proficiency
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Product knowledge in health, beauty, or FMCG categories preferred
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
