Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and issue resolution
- Train and mentor junior staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures
- Manage inventory control processes including stock replenishment, rotation, and cycle counting
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain attractive store displays
- Process cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Implement promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Address customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification with 2+ years in retail customer service
- Proven experience in staff training and team leadership roles
- Strong product knowledge in health, beauty, or FMCG categories
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and sales reporting
- Positive attitude with customer-focused problem-solving approach
