Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist customers in product selection, offering recommendations based on their needs and preferences
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory counts
- Support the store manager in training and mentoring junior staff members
- Monitor store operations and report any issues or concerns to the management team
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
