As a Senior Customer Assistant, you will leverage your strong interpersonal skills to assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases. You will play a crucial role in maintaining store presentation, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and assistance to all customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Assist in maintaining store presentation, including merchandising and visual standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the store manager
- Participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and mentor junior customer assistants on company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service or retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of health and beauty products is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Good numerical skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
