Tanggung Jawab
- Provide superior customer service and expert product knowledge to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and maintaining visual standards.
- Train, mentor, and support junior staff members to ensure team efficiency and high performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stocktakes, and manage shrinkage effectively.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and inviting at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for product presentation and visual merchandising.
