Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage and organize the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are well-stocked.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks to minimize shrinkage.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty or health industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
