- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and efficient transaction processing
- Train and mentor junior staff on customer engagement techniques and store operations

- Assist in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and order processing

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality sector
- Proven leadership ability with experience mentoring junior team members
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
