Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Manage daily sales operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Train and mentor junior staff on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining positive brand relationships
- Execute visual merchandising and store maintenance standards to enhance shopping experience
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve/exceed targets
- Collaborate with store management on operational improvements and team development
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years retail or customer service experience with leadership exposure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual proficiency
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction
- Basic proficiency in retail management systems and POS operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons
